Perfect Shopping
Im dating a boy who absolutely loves video games. I swear he would play them all day long if he could. Well yesterday we went to a midnight release of a new game at the mall. I was standing in line with a bunch of video game crazy guys who were so very anxious to get this game. This is when I noticed how very empty the mall was. There was no one there; the stores were quiet and orderly. I only wish that I could shop all the time with the mall like that. I would be so productive if there was no one else shopping and everything was neat and clean. I would be less frustrated with the people who are stupid and less stress with searching in the mess that comes with people shopping all day long. This would be the perfect time to shop; if only it was possible. :)

Before you make that happen could you manage to make noone else need to park in the school parking lot when I need to ;) Oh the little things that we wish for in our over-populated world...
ReplyDeleteHi Andrea, You bring a very good point about shopping times. I just finished two online classes and one class centered on human behavior. I found that over seventy five percent of the class shops late at night. I always do if its wal-mart and such. I know to stay away from malls, but if I have to go to a mall its always first thing in the morning. I had to observe the behaviors during different times of the day. I had to just write down shoppers behaviors without judging or guessing what a person is thinking or doing. I had a blast! the bribes going on from parents, the begging from kids, the people lined up and in full game dress to buy a video! I had to label which behavior was normal and which was abnormal. Wow there was so much going on it took me a week to stop looking at people this way!
ReplyDeleteVery good idea, it's always so crowded! Wouldn't it' be so nice to just close the mall down whenever you wanted to be there and have it all to yourself or just you and a group of friends! If only we ruled the world and got to do things our way! haha
ReplyDeleteMy BF is also very addicted to video games. I have learned not to tell him not to play but find something we could both play. That has worked and I see it has maybe worked for you. I also know how it is to see a place so empty. Some nights it feels like everything just turns off.
